These unique name tags work when nothing else will. Select any size up to 12 square inches; you will define the layout of your text, material color, font and fastener. UV printing, which allows for an unlimited number of colors, will be used to add your custom artwork or logo to the badges.

Customize the size of these plastic name tags. The tag size will affect the size of your engraved logo and text as well as the number of text lines that will fit on the tag. Made of two-ply plastic, the text will be engraved and the logo will be printed in full color using the latest UV printing technology. Personalize the color combination and select the font, fastener and style.
SIZE: Multiply the width by the height to get the total square inches.
ART REQUIREMENTS: Vector art (.ai, .cdr, .eps or .pdf) is the prefered type of artwork. If raster art (.jpg, .ttf, .psd) is provided it must be 300 dpi or higher in quality. Printing white on a colored tag will always require a vector file.
TEXT: One to four lines
FONT: Select one of 17 standard fonts. Custom fonts are available upon request. You may have to send us a font file that is Windows compatible. If this is the case, a customer service representative will let you know. Email the font file and your order confirmation number to nametag@nametag.com.
LIST SUBMISSION: A list of all the information that will be engraved onto your name tags must be provided. We recommend entering/uploading this list on this order page. If that is not a possibility please email the list to nametag@nametag.com and provide your name and reference this order number. List Submission Guidelines.
STYLE: Choose round or square corners and select beveled or square cut edges.
FASTENER: Our most popular option is the deluxe magnetic fastener ($1.10 per tag). We also have standard fasteners such as pins and bulldog clips.
DOME FINISH: Protect the name tag surface from damage by adding an epoxy dome finish ($3.50 per tag).
PROOF: You will get a digital proof of your custom design within one business day. Production will start after you sign and return it.
PRODUCTION: Orders of up to 99 name tags are shipped within one business day; a dome finish adds one extra production day.
SHIPPING: Delivery methods and shipping prices are shown in the shopping cart when you check out.
PRICE INCLUDES: Plastic name tag that is under 4 square inches and a standard fastener (pin, bulldog clip, bulldog clip with pin, double clutch).

To find the total tag cost, follow these steps:
Additional square inches = ((height x width)-3) round down to the nearest integer) x price for each additional inch.
Total Price = Additional square inches + tag price from the table.
(e.g., For five 2 x 4 inch name tags with one line of text : (((2 x 4) – 3) x $0.67) + $5.91) = $9.26 each, $46.30 total product price.)
