Your employees deserve colorful, creative, and undeniably brilliant name tags. Offered in any size up to 12 square inches, you will define the layout of your text, material color, font and fastener. UV printing, which allows for an unlimited number of colors, will be used to add your custom artwork or logo to the badges.

Metal name tags in custom sizes between 2 and 12 square inches. The tag size will affect the size of your engraved logo and the number of text lines that will fit the tag. There is no charge for additional lines because they are printed at the same time as the logo.
SIZE: Multiply the width by the height to get the total square inches.
MATERIAL: The metal is 0.04 inches thick and is available in gold, silver and white.
ART REQUIREMENTS: A high-quality raster (jpg, psd) or a vector (ai, cdr, eps ) file of your logo is required. If white ink is essential for your logo, a vector file must be provided. Additional information on list preparation and submission: Resource Center > Art Requirements.
FASTENER: Our most popular option is the deluxe magnetic fastener ($1.10 per tag). We also have standard fasteners such as pins and bulldog clips.
LIST SUBMISSION: For the fastest processing, use this order form to enter or upload your list of names/titles for personalization. If that is not possible, please email the list directly to nametag@nametag.com. Additional list preparation information: Resource Center > List Preparation
FONT: Select one of seventeen standard fonts. Custom fonts are available upon request. You may have to send us a font file that is PC compatible.
DOME FINISH: Protect the name tag surface from damage by adding an epoxy dome finish. If selected the dome finish will add one extra production day.
PROOF & PRODUCTION: You will receive a digital proof of your custom design within one business day; production starts after proof approval. Orders of up to 99 name tags are shipped within one business day.
SHIPPING: Delivery methods and shipping prices are shown in the shopping cart when you check out.
PRICE INCLUDES: One custom sized metal name tag, UV color printed and a standard fastener (pin, bulldog clip, bulldog clip with pin, double clutch).

To find the total tag cost, follow these steps:
Additional square inches = ((height x width)-3) round down to the nearest integer) x price for each additional inch.
Total Price = Additional square inches + tag price from the table.
(e.g., For five 2 x 4 inch name tags with one line of text : (((2 x 4) – 3) x $0.67) + $5.91) = $9.26 each, $46.30 total product price.)
