Design Proof: Our designers will create a customized design for you. You can approve a proof before production begins. Once we have your layout on file, reordering is a breeze.

Customize your name tags according to your preferences using different fasteners, materials and fonts. Add a gold, silver or black frame and an epoxy dome for a personalized touch. Or, you can bevel the edges of the tags to create a slight frame of the core color around your name tags.
SET-UP FEE: $10.00 - No set-up fee is required for reorders of the same layout.
SIZE: 1x3 inches, 0.06 inch thick plastic.
LIST SUBMISSION ( Guidelines ): For fastest processing provide your list when placing the order. If you prefer to email your list, send it to nametag@nametag.com and include your name and order number.
COLORS: Most colors have a matte finish, while metallic colors have a brushed or smooth finish. Wood grains have a glossy finish; the selected material determines the engraving color.
FASTENER: A range of standard fasteners are available, including pins, double clutch, swivel bulldog clips, and bulldog clips with a pin. Upgraded fasteners, such as deluxe magnets, are also available.
DOMES: A clear epoxy dome protects the name tag against everyday wear and tear.
PRODUCTION: Production on name tags begins as soon as we have received your signed proof. Standard production time is one business day though orders of 100 or more tags may require additional time.
SHIPPING: During checkout, you can choose the shipping method that works best for you. Additionally, you'll have the chance to inform us of any specific need-by dates we should keep in mind while processing your order. We want to ensure your package arrives on time and in perfect condition!
REORDERS: Once this layout is approved, all future orders using it will ship faster, stay consistent, and will not require another setup charge.
The prices listed include: one plastic name tag with one line of engraved text and a standard fastener. Additional customizations may increase the total. For an accurate quote, refer to the order form where the pricing is updated to reflect specific selections.
