Designed to last, Mighty Badges™ have three durable components. The metal backplate is printed with a UV color logo and has the attached fastener you request. The crystal clear polycarbonate lenscover is shatter-resistant and designed to snap on and off the backplate without breaking. And the transparent printable insert (ordered seperately).
INSERTS The patented insert sheets allow one, two or any number of inserts to be printed at any given time. The dual-layer design enables the sheet to be returned to the printer multiple times. Inserts are ordered separately.
ART REQUIREMENTS: Vector art (.ai, .cdr, .eps or .pdf) is the preferred type of artwork. If raster art (.jpg, .ttf, .psd) is provided, it must be 300 dpi or higher in quality. White printing requires vector art.
PRODUCTION: If you request fewer than 100 badges and the order is placed before 11:00 a.m. Mountain time, your product will be shipped the same day. Add one day of production time for each additional 100 pieces.
MINIMUM QUANTITY: 10 badges; you may order any quantity above that.
