Once the order, with vector artwork, is received, a digital proof will be sent for verification and must be approved for production to begin.

PROOF: Upon receipt of vector artwork, a digital proof of the layout will be emailed for approval prior to production.
Your logo and text will be engraved on the metal, creating two color name tags. Customize further with your selection of fasteners, material colors, and a large variety of font choices. Upgrade with a classy frame or epoxy dome to create the perfect name tag.
SIZE: 1x3 inches.
MATERIAL: Lightweight 0.02 inch thick metal is engraved or marked, leaving the text and logo gold, silver, smoke gray or black depending on the color selected.
CORNERS: Round corners. Upgraded tag frames available.
FRAMES: Classy gold, silver or black frames may be added to upgrade the appearance and durability of your tags.
FASTENER: Upgrade your tags by selecting our most popular fastener, the deluxe magnet. Other available fasteners include pins, double-clutch, swivel bulldog clips, clip-on-strap and pocket clip.
SURFACE: A dome finish provides extra protection for your tags. We recommend domes for any career which involves working in the elements or requires strenuous activity. Ordering dome surfaces will add one additional day to production time.
TEXT: One to three lines of text. Choose from several font options. Your text will be condensed for longer names/titles, etc.
REORDERS: For any future orders with this layout, you will save time and money (no setup fee), and production will move faster.
SET-UP FEE: $25.00; this fee covers first time design and production setup; reorders with the same layout will not incur this charge again.

PRODUCTION: Production will begin after your proof has been approved. Orders up to 100 tags will ship within one business day.

The prices are calculated for one metal name tag with an engraved logo, one line of text and a standard fastener. Additional customizations may increase the total. For an accurate quote, refer to the order form where the pricing is updated to reflect specific selections.
