Premium UV printing allows us to add vibrant multi-color logos to your custom name tags. We personalize each name tag with your information, up to four lines of engraved text. You may select from an extensive library of fonts and over 30 material colors.
If you have ordered this product before, use the reorder page to allow for faster processing, consistency with previous orders and no set-up fees.
These versatile name tags are laser engraved on two-ply plastic material. The plastic is 0.06 inches thick and consists of a surface color and a core layer. The text will be engraved exposing the core color in the engraved area. The logo will be printed using UV printing technology.

TEXT: All text will be centered unless we are told otherwise in the notes during checkout.
NAME LIST: We encourage you to provide your list of names at the time you place your order. You may also email your list to nametag@nametag.com; this choice may lengthen the processing time. Please reference your order number in the email. We do not accept submissions via fax or verbally over the phone.
ART REQUIREMENTS: Provide your logo in a vector (.ai, .cdr, .eps, .pdf), or high quality raster (.jpg) file to add it to your name tags. LEARN MORE.
COLORS: Solid colors have a matte finish, metallic colors have either a brushed or smooth finish and wood grains have a slightly polished finish.
UPGRADED SURFACE: Enhance and protect your tags with a clear epoxy dome.
PROOF: You will receive a proof of your custom design through the email provided with your order. If any changes are required, respond via email or phone, and we will work with you to get it right.
PRODUCTION: Product will be ready to ship in one to four business days, depending on the quantity of tags in the order. If you have a date you must receive your order we will work with you on expediting either your production or shipping if required.
SHIPPING: A shipping method will be selected during checkout. If you have a need-by-date, let us know and we will work with you to meet that deadline.
PRICE INCLUDES: One plastic name tag with an UV color logo, one line of text and a standard fastener.
SET-UP FEE: $35.00 for first orders only. Designs are saved for future reorders.
