Product Specifications

LIST ENTRY: Lists must be properly formatted and include all of the information for your name tags. If a list is required it can be entered or uploaded from this page, which will allow for faster processing time. Or, the list may be emailed to nametag@nametag.com and will need to include your contact information as placed with this order.

SIZE: 1.5x3 inches with one to three lines of engraved text.

ART REQUIREMENTS: Your logo must be in a print-ready vector (.ai, .cdr, .eps or .pdf) or high-quality raster art format. LEARN MORE.

PLASTIC: Two-ply plastic has a top colored acrylic layer and a substrate material of a complementary color. The plastic is 0.06 inches thick.

UPGRADED SURFACE: Enhance and protect your tags with a clear epoxy dome.

FASTENER: Choose a basic fastener or upgrade to deluxe magnets for $1.10 per tag.

REORDERS: Future reorders of this layout will match your original design, skip the setup fee, and move straight into production.

PRODUCTION: Standard production time is one to four business days; upgrading to dome finish adds one day. Any need by dates or expedited shipping can be requested in the shopping cart.

SHIPPING: During checkout, you will be allowed to select a shipping method and provide a need-by date for expedited shipping and/or production.

SET-UP FEE: $35.00 | Charged on first orders only, this setup fee includes preparing your custom layout and will be waived on reorders of this layout.

Quantity Discounts

The prices are calculated for one plastic name tag with an UV printed color logo, one line of engraved text and a standard fastener. Additional customizations may increase the total. For an accurate quote, refer to the order form where the pricing is updated to reflect specific selections.
