Your multicolor logo will be printed on the surface of a two-ply plastic name tag. The text is engraved, revealing the underlying layer. In addition to the material colors, custom options include fasteners, fonts and beveled edges. Give your name tag extra protection by upgrading to an epoxy dome surface.
ART REQUIREMENTS: Vector art (.ai, .cdr, .eps or .pdf) is the prefered type of artwork. If raster art (.jpg, .ttf, .psd) is provided it must be 300 dpi or higher in quality.
SET-UP FEES: $35.00. This one time setup fee covers artwork processing and equipment configuration, and is waived for reorders using the same layout.
SIZE: 0.75x2.75 inches, 0.06 inches thick plastic.
FASTENER: Choose from several standard fasteners (pins, bulldog clips, etc.) or upgrade to a deluxe magnetic fastener.
TEXT: One or two lines of engraved text. You must provide all of the information that will be engraved onto your name tags. We recommend entering/uploading this list on this order page. If that is not a possibility please email the list to nametag@nametag.com and provide your name and reference this order number.
STYLE: Select round or square corners with square-cut or beveled edges. Upgrade to a frame in gold or silver (must have round corners and square-cut edges).
REORDERS: Once saved, this layout can be used for future orders — ensuring consistency, faster delivery, and no setup fee.
PRODUCTION: Orders under 100 tags are shipped within one business day; larger orders may need additional production time.

The prices are calculated for one plastic name tag with an UV printed color logo, one line of engraved text and a standard fastener. Additional customizations may increase the total. For an accurate quote, refer to the order form where the pricing is updated to reflect specific selections.
