Proof: Once the order, with vector artwork, is received, a digital proof will be sent for verification and must be approved for production to begin.

Digital printing transforms your name tags with colorful, detailed logos. The print is durable with vibrant translucent colors.
SIZE: 1x3 inches.
MATERIAL: 0.06 inch thick polar white plastic
BLEEDS: Digital printing allows the colors of your logo and background to extend off the edges of the name tag (bleed). It is possible to cover the entire surface creating a customized background color. This process may not always be possible, and a designer will review all artwork. Adjustments, if needed, will be shown on the proof you will approve before production.
ART REQUIREMENTS: We must receive high-quality art (a vector or 300+ dpi raster files) of your logo to produce your product. Guidelines for artwork preparation (opens in a new tab)
LOGO & LIST SUBMISSION: We recommend submitting both your logo and a list of names/titles when placing your order. If this is not possible, please email them to nametag@nametag.com and reference the order number.
SET-UP FEE: $35; this fee covers first time design and production setup; reorders with the same layout will not incur this charge again.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING: Production will begin after your proof has been approved. Up to 100 tags will ship within one business day.
REORDERS: We will retain the information about your custom layout and the production jobs created for this order to make it easier to purchase name tags for new employees. By using the reorder application, there will not be any set-up fees, and you will receive the same product on future orders.
Price includes a digitally printed plastic name tag, and a standard fastener. Both the logo and text are printed. Additional customizations may increase the total. For an accurate quote, refer to the order form where the pricing is updated to reflect specific selections.
