Communicate your company brand by perfectly capturing your logo on digitally printed name tags. The colors and clarity from this printing method bring out every detail in your logo so that your message will represent your business.
Proof: Providing your logo with your order allows us to prepare a proof. Proof approval is required before production will begin.

Digital printing uses CMYK films and heat to add both the text and logo on your name tags. The inks are translucent, so any white will not be printed as the material is white.
SIZE: 1.5x3 inches
MATERIAL COLORS: Polar white, plastic
BLEEDS: The printing may extend (bleed) off the edges of the name tag. It is possible to cover the entire surface creating a customized background color. This process may not always be possible, and a designer will review all artwork. Adjustments, if needed, will be shown on the proof you will approve before production.
DOME: Add a dome finish to increase name tag protection.
FRAMES: A classy frame will upgrade the visual appearance of your name tags.
ART REQUIREMENTS: An art file of your logo must be provided this file must be in one of these formats: Vector files, .ai, .cdr, .eps or .pdf, or a quality raster, .jpg with a 300 or higher dpi. Learn more about the requirements for your logo file (opens in a new tab).
LOGO & LIST SUBMISSION: We recommend submitting both your logo and a list of names for personalization at the time an order is placed. If they are not a part of the order, please email them to nametag@nametag.com and reference the order number.
SET-UP FEE: $35; A setup fee is applied to first time orders to prepare your design for production, but it is not required on reorders of the same layout.
PRODUCTION: Orders of under 100 tags require one business day for production.
SHIPPING: You will be given an opportunity to select the shipping method during checkout.
REORDERS: After this layout is finalized, all future reorders will be quicker and won't include an additional setup fee.
Price includes a digitally printed plastic name tag, and a standard fastener. The logo and text are printed. Additional customizations may increase the total. For an accurate quote, refer to the order form where the pricing is updated to reflect specific selections.
