Your logo and text will be printed using UV printing technology, and you may personalize the color, font, fastener and style of the name tags. There is no charge for additional lines because they are printed at the same time as the logo.
ART REQUIREMENTS: Upload vector or high-quality raster artwork when placing your order for the fastest processing. If that is not possible, please email it directly to nametag@nametag.com. Additional information: www.nametag.com/resources/art-requirements.php
SIZE: 1.5 x 3.5 inches, 0.04 inch thick metal.
TEXT: One to four lines of text may be added to each name tag. A list of names must be provided via this form or email. Choose from a diverse selection of standard fonts. If you wish to have a custom one, you will be required to email a font file (Windows compatible) to nametag@nametag.com. Be sure to include your order confirmation number in the email.
DOMES: Protect your name tag from scratches by adding an epoxy dome finish.
PROOF: A proof showing your design will be sent by email within one business day of placing your order. Production will begin after your proof has been approved.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING: Up to 100 tags require one business day of production. During checkout, you will have the opportunity to select the shipping method and request expedited production that may be required if you have a short term need-by date.
REORDERS: Save time and money on future orders by using the reorder application. Your layout/design is maintained, so you receive faster processing, consistency with previous orders and no set-up fees.
PRICE INCLUDES: One plastic name tag with an UV color logo, one engraved line of text and a standard fastener.
SET-UP FEE: $35.00 for first orders only. Designs are saved for future reorders.
