Create custom name tags that truly represent your company. These small 0.75x2.75 inch metal name tags have room for a logo printed using the latest in UV color technology. There is no charge for multiple lines of text because they are printed at the same time as the logo.
Upon receipt of vector artwork, a digital proof of the layout will be emailed for approval prior to production.

Metal name tags include your multicolor logo and personalized text. Custom options include material colors (gold, silver, white), fasteners and fonts. Protect your new name tags by upgrading to an epoxy dome surface or adding a classy frame.
SET-UP FEE: $35.00; charged on first orders only, this setup fee includes preparing your custom layout and will be waived on reorders of this layout.
ART REQUIREMENTS: Preferred vector files include: .ai, .cdr, .eps or .pdf. If raster art (.jpg, .ttf, .psd) is provided it must be 300 dpi or higher in quality.
SIZE: 0.75x2.75 inches, 0.04 inches thick metal.
FASTENER: Choose from several standard fasteners (pins, bulldog clips, etc.) or upgrade to a deluxe magnetic fastener.
LIST SUBMISSION: You must provide all of the information you would like printed onto your name tags. We recommend entering/uploading this list on this order page. If that is not possible, please email the list to nametag@nametag.com and provide your name and reference this order number.
PRODUCTION: Orders under 100 tags are shipped within one business day; larger orders may need additional production time.
SHIPPING: Select a shipping method and view shipping costs during the checkout process.
REORDERS: Future orders that use this layout and are processed as a reorder will be completed faster, look exactly like your previous order, and will not include a set-up fee.
The prices are calculated for one metal name tag with an UV printed color logo, one line of printed text and a standard fastener. Additional customizations may increase the total. For an accurate quote, refer to the order form where the pricing is updated to reflect specific selections.
