SET-UP FEE: $10.00 for blank and text only name tags, $25.00 for tags with a logo. No set-up fee is charged for tags with the same layout.
Oval Bump Name Tags may be blank, or customized with a logo, text or both. Because the tags are made of two-ply plastic, the laser engraving removes the top layer and reveals the text color underneath.
LIST ENTRY: Lists must be properly formatted and include all of the information for your name tags. If a list is required it can be entered or uploaded from this page, which will allow for faster processing time. Or, the list may be emailed to nametag@nametag.com and will need to include your contact information as placed with this order.

DOME FINISH: A protective dome finish costs $3.50 per tag. Blank tags with a dome cannot be written on or engraved.
FASTENER: Choose a basic fastener or upgrade to deluxe magnets for $1.10 per tag.
PRODUCTION: Standard production time is one to four business days; upgrading to dome finish adds one day. Any need by dates or expedited shipping can be requested in the shopping cart.
PRICE INCLUDES: Name Tag with an Oval Bump with one line of engraving and a standard fastener (pin, bulldog clip, bulldog clip with pin, double clutch).
SET-UP FEE: $10.00 for blank and text only tags, $25.00 for tags with a logo. No set-up fee is charged on reorders of the same layout.
