Customize these plastic tags by choosing your shape, material color, fastener, adding an optional logo and more. These deluxe shapes include a heart, chat bubble, bone, dog, cat, fish, star, house, tooth, mortar & pestle, cross, car.
Have you ordered these name tags before? Using the reorder page, you will receive the same product as that prior order, faster processing and save on set-up fees.
Add text and a logo to these tags or leave them blank to engrave later. The laser engraving removes the surface of the durable 0.06 inch thick two ply plastic, creating a two color name tag. Choose from various fasteners and upgrade to a dome finish to protect your tags.
SET-UP FEE: $10.00 for blank and text only tags, $25.00 for tags with a logo. No set-up fee is charged on reorders of the same layout.
LIST ENTRY: Lists must be appropriately formatted and include all the information for your name tags. If a list is required, it can be entered or uploaded from this page, allowing for faster processing. Or email the list and your contact information to nametag@nametag.com.
ART REQUIREMENTS: If you would like a logo on your name tags, upload vector artwork when placing your order for the fastest processing. If that is not possible, email it directly to nametag@nametag.com. Additional information: www.nametag.com/resources/art-requirements.php
PROOF: You will receive a proof showing your layout. Please review and approve, or request a new proof with changes. You must approve your proof before production will begin.
PRODUCTION: One to four days are required for up to 100 tags. Production will not begin until all required information has been received, including approval of the design proof.
SHIPPING: If you need your product to arrive before a specific date, you may request expedited production and shipping during checkout.
The listed prices include one custom shaped plastic name tag with a single line of engraved text and a standard fastener. Please note that additional customizations may affect the final cost.
