SIZE: 1.5x3 inches with three lines of engraved text.
Custom name tags allow you to change the font, text size and positioning of your product.

This template features three lines of text, the top line for a company name followed by a hairline breaker with the next two text lines for names and titles.
NAME LIST: Your list for this template should include three lines of text for each name tag. Production will begin once we have received your list. If you choose to email your list, do so immediately to prevent a delay in processing. Please reference your order number and email it to nametag@nametag.com. We do not accept submissions via fax or verbally over the phone.
MATERIAL: The text is laser engraved onto 0.06 inch thick two-ply plastic. The top surface is removed, revealing the underlying color. Various plastic color combinations offer a large selection to match your branding goals. Choose from solid colors, metallics, and wood grains.
STYLE: Round or square corners and beveled or straight-cut edges are available. Upgrade the name tags with elegant gold, silver or black name tag frames.
DOME SURFACE: Epoxy dome finish is available for added appearance and protection. Doming increases the durability of the tags used for outside work or strenuous activity. Ordering the dome surface adds one additional day to production time.
FASTENERS: Choose from several high-quality options on the tags, including pins, bulldog clips, double clutch and tape. Or, try out our most popular upgrade, the Deluxe Magnetic Fastener.
PRODUCTION: One business day production is required for orders under 100 tags, provided we have received your list of names. Larger orders or those requesting a dome surface may require additional production time. If you have a deadline, please let us know, and we will work with you, so you receive your product on time.
