With two lines of text, template F allows more characters than the E template, providing more room for your personalized text. In addition, our engraver may condense your text if the character count exceeds the recommendations. Next, customize your order by selecting the material color, the corner and edge style, and other design options.
SET-UP FEE: No set-up fee is required.
MATERIAL: Two-ply plastic tags are 0.06 inches thick and laser engraved to reveal the underlying text color. Choose from solid colors, metallics, and wood grains.
STYLE: Round or square corners and beveled or straight-cut edges are available. Upgrade the name tags with elegant gold, silver or black name tag frames.
DOMES: The durable epoxy is poured onto your tags and hardened with UV light creating a tough crystal-like finish that will protect your name tags from scratches. Ordering the dome surface adds one additional day to production time.
FASTENERS: Upgrade to our most popular fastener, the Deluxe Magnet. Or, choose from several high-quality options that come standard on the tags, including pins, bulldog clips, clips with pins, double clutch and tape.
NAME LIST: Your list for this template should include two lines of text for each tag. Provide the list on this order form or email your list to nametag@nametag.com; this choice may lengthen the processing time. Please reference your order number in the email. We do not accept submissions via fax or verbally over the phone.
PROOFING & PRODUCTION: The template predefines this product's layout, so proof approval is not required. One business day production is required for orders under 100 tags, provided we have received your list of names. Larger orders or those requesting a dome surface may require additional production time.
SHIPPING: You will have the opportunity to select shipping methods during checkout. Expedited shipping options may be available for selection if you have a deadline.
