Because the template specifies the layout, no proof approval or set-up fees are required so that you will receive your product quickly. Add names and titles, and choose the color, style and fastener that best matches your brand.
SIZE: 1x3 inches with two lines of engraved text.
Custom name tags allow you to change the font or tag size and make changes to the positioning of the text.

This template has two lines of text, with the first being larger for a name and the second designed for a title, with or without credentials.
PLASTIC: Text is laser engraved into the top layer to reveal the secondary color underneath, creating a two-color plastic name tag. The micro-surfaced impact acrylic is a 0.06 inch thick plastic specifically designed for laser engraving. Solid colors have a matte finish; metallic colors have either a brushed or polished finish; wood grains have a semi-glossy finish.
STYLE: Round or square corners and beveled or straight-cut edges are available. Upgrade the name tags with elegant gold, silver or black name tag frames.
DOMES: A dome surface is slightly rounded at the top and can help prevent scratching and wear and tear. Ordering the dome surface adds one additional day to production time.
FASTENERS: Choose from several high-quality options that come standard on the tags, including pins, bulldog clips, double clutch and tape. Or, try out our most popular upgrade, the Deluxe Magnetic Fastener.
NAME LIST: Your list for this template should include two lines of text for each name tag. Text will be condensed if there are more letters than recommended. Provide the list on this order form or email your list to nametag@nametag.com; this choice may lengthen the processing time. Please reference your order number in the email. We do not accept submissions via fax or verbally over the phone.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING: If a list is entered using this form, One business day production is required for orders under 100 tags, provided we have received your list of names. Larger orders or those requesting a dome surface may require additional production time. You will have the opportunity to select shipping methods during checkout.
