Design Proof: Your input is important when designing your name tags. Our designers will create a customized layout specifically tailored to your preferences. Once it's ready, we'll send it to you for approval before moving forward with the production process. This is your chance to ensure everything looks exactly how you want it to.

Your name tags are created using the most up-to-date laser engraving technology to produce durable plastic tags in two colors. The top layer of micro-surfaced acrylic plastic is burned off to reveal the core color. You can customize the tags by selecting the material colors, fonts, and fasteners that you prefer.
SIZE: 0.75x2.75 inches by 0.06 inches thick.
COLORS: The engraving color is determined by the material selected. Choose from solid colors, metallic colors, and wood grain finishes.
TEXT LINES: Because of the small size of these tags, you may choose to have one or two lines of engraved text.
LIST SUBMISSION: To speed production, provide your list of information to engrave on the name tags when you order. If you choose to email your list, please send it to nametag@nametag.com and provide your name and order number. List Submission Guidelines.
UPGRADES: Beveling the edges of the tags creates a narrow frame of the core color around your name tags. Upgraded frames are available in gold and silver. A clear epoxy dome protects the name tag against everyday wear and tear.
FASTENERS: The small size of these tags limits the available fasteners to: deluxe magnet, pin and military style double clutch.
SET-UP FEE: $10.00 - No set-up fee is required for reorders of the same layout.
REORDERS: Future reorders of this layout will match your original design, skip the setup fee, and move straight into production.
PRODUCTION: One business day is required for up to 100 tags.
SHIPPING: You will be given the opportunity to select a shipping method during checkout.
The prices listed include: one plastic name tag with one line of engraved text and a standard fastener. Additional customizations may increase the total. For an accurate quote, refer to the order form where the pricing is updated to reflect specific selections.
