There is no need to order and wait for new nameplates. Instead, print transparent plastic or white paper inserts for Reusable Name Plates using your office ink-jet or laser printer. The inserts peel off the sheets like a sticker, one at a time, so you may print as many as you need and then send the same sheet through the printer when additional names are required.
CLEAR INSERTS: Printable plastic inserts are transparent, allowing the back plate to show through creating a personalized nameplate straight from your office printer. Available for laser or inkjet printers.
WHITE PAPER INSERTS: The paper is opaque and will cover the backplate, so don't use them with a UV printed logo, as it will not show through. Print these inserts with either an inkjet or laser printer.

Print Reusable Name Plate inserts in your office using your inkjet or laser printer. Next, peel the inserts off the backing sheet, and sandwich them between the clear lens and the backplate before sliding all three components into the holder you have chosen.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING: All orders of these stock items placed Monday - Friday by 11:00 AM Mountain Time will be shipped the same day (excluding Holidays). You will have the opportunity to review your order and select the shipping method during checkout.
We recommend the Name Print Graphics (NPG) software to print your badges. Most laser and inkjet printers may be used to print your inserts. Generic templates based on Microsoft® Word are available, though minor adjustments might be needed depending on your software and version. Unfortunately, we do not offer technical support for these templates as we cannot control how you can configure your software.
