Claim your desk as your own by displaying a nameplate with your logo, name, and titles or certifications. With all of the information engraved onto laser plastic, you will receive a quality two-color nameplate.
We encourage you to provide your list of names when you place your order. You may also email your list to nametag@nametag.com; this choice may lengthen the processing time. Please reference your order number in the email. We do not accept submissions via fax or verbally over the phone.
If you have ordered this product previously, we have your layout and order information on file. You will get faster processing, consistency with previous orders, and no set-up fees by using the reorder application. > Reorders
PROOF: We will provide a proof showing your plates' layout, and you may work with a designer and make changes until you approve the final design.
NOTE: Unless requested differently, the text with be centered with lines stacked from top to bottom.
SIZE: 2x12 inches.
MATERIAL: The laser plastic is 0.06 inches thick. Laser engraving removes to top layer, exposing the core color and creatieng a two-color nameplate.
WALL MOUNTS AND HOLDERS: Your order does not include a wall mount or desk holder to display your nameplate. Order separately.
SET-UP FEES: $25.00; A setup fee is applied to first time orders to prepare your design for production, but it is not required on reorders of the same layout.
PRODUCTION: Production will take one business after you approve the design proof (up to 25 nameplates). Larger orders may require additional time.
SHIPPING: The shipping method will be selected during the checkout process. If you have a deadline for your product delivery let us know durring checkout.
REORDERS: Save time and money if you have ordered this product before. Reordering allows for faster processing, consistency with previous orders, and no set-up fees.
The prices listed include: One 2x12 inch name plate with an engraved logo and one line of text. Additional customizations may increase the total. For an accurate quote, refer to the order form where the pricing is updated to reflect specific selections.
