Name Plates come in all different sizes and designs. When a standard size does not meet your needs, we can help. These metal plates can be customized so that they increase the professional image of your office space.

Product Specifications

Metal blanks are cut to your requested size and then engraved, creating two color name plates. Metals are available in silver, gold, reflective mirror like metals and semi gloss lacquer colors.

PROOF: Before production begins a proof, showing your product's layout will be sent for the design's approval.

SIZE: Multiply the width by the height to get the total square inches.

Minimum Size: 12 square inches.
Maximum Size: 24 square inches.
Minimum Width/Height: 1 inch.
Maximum Width/Height: 12 inches.
For a smaller size, order name tags.

LEXAN LENS: These name plates are shipped with a clear cover and another filler sheet to help them fits better into a holder or wall mount (each sold separately).

LIST SUBMISSION: Please provide your list of names when you place your order. You may also email your list to nametag@nametag.com; this choice may lengthen the processing time. We do not accept submissions via fax or verbally over the phone.

NOTE: By default, the text with be centered with lines stacked from top to bottom. Let us know if a different layout is required.

SET-UP FEES: $25.00; A setup fee is applied to first time orders to prepare your design for production, but it is not required on reorders of the same layout.

PRODUCTION: Production will begin after your proof has been approved. Orders up to 25 plates will ship within one business day.

SHIPPING: The shipping method will be selected during checkout.

REORDERS: Save time and money if you have ordered this product before. Reordering allows for faster processing, consistency with previous orders and no set-up fees.

The prices listed include: One custom sized plastic name plate (up to 16 sq. inches) with an engraved logo. Additional customizations may increase the total. For an accurate quote, refer to the order form where the pricing is updated to reflect specific selections.

Additional square inches = ((height x width)-16) round up to the nearest integer) x price for each additional inch. Total Price = Additional square inches + plate price from the table.

You will need to figure out the total square inches for the custom size. Do this by multiplying the height by the width.
Once you have the total square inches for your custom size, subtract 16. This number comes from the sixteen square inches included in all plates. Round down to the nearest integer.
Now that you know how many additional square inches your custom size requires, you need to calculate the extra cost per nameplate. Do this by multiplying the additional square inches by the price found in the pricing table. NOTE: This cost is variable due to quantity discounts.
After figuring out how much these additional square inches will cost, add that cost to the original nameplate price also located in the pricing table. This number will give you the total cost per plate. If you need to know what your total order cost will be, take the cost per nameplate and multiply it by the number of plates you are ordering.

(e.g., For five 4x5 inch nameplates with one line of text : (((4 x 5) – 16) x $0.14) + $7.36) = $7.92 each, $39.60 total product price.)
