Show how important quality is to you and add your company logo to a nameplate. When a standard size does not work, these nameplates are the solution. You can order any size plate from 12 to 24 square inches and up to four lines of text. Use them for identification or signage and demonstrate the high standards you expect.
Smaller sizes, up to 12 square inches, may be ordered as Name Tags.

Custom nameplates are cut to your requested size, the logo is printed and the text engraved. The tag size will affect the size of your engraved logo and text as well as the number of text lines that will fit on the tag. Personalize the color combination and select the font and layout.
ART REQUIREMENTS: Vector art (.ai, .cdr, .eps or .pdf) is the prefered type of artwork. If raster art (.jpg, .ttf, .psd) is provided it must be 300 dpi or higher in quality. Printing white on a colored plate will always require a vector file.
SIZE: Multiply the width by the height to get the total square inches.
PROOF: A proof created by our professional designers will be sent for your approval before production begins.
NOTE: Unless requested differently, the text with be centered with lines stacked from top to bottom.
MATERIAL: Made of 0.06 inch thick two-ply plastic with surface and core colors. When engraved, the text will be the core color shown on the color chart
LIST SUBMISSION: We encourage you to provide your list of names when you place your order. You may also email your list to nametag@nametag.com; this choice may lengthen the processing time. Please reference your order number in the email. We do not accept submissions via fax or verbally over the phone.
SET-UP FEES: $35.00 on the first order only.
PRODUCTION: Production will begin after your proof has been approved. Orders of less than 25 plates will ship within one business day.
SHIPPING: The shipping method will be selected during checkout.
REORDERS: Save time and money if you have ordered this product before. Reordering allows for faster processing, consistency with previous orders, and no set-up fees.
PRICE INCLUDES: One custom sized plastic nameplate (up to 16 sq. inches) with one, two, three or four lines of engraving.

Additional square inches = ((height x width)-16) round up to the nearest integer) x price for each additional inch. Total Price = Additional square inches + plate price from the table.
(e.g., For five 4x5 inch nameplates with one line of text : (((4 x 5) – 16) x $0.14) + $7.36) = $7.92 each, $39.60 total product price.)
