ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS: Select the ribbon information, enter a title, ribbon and imprint color for each ribbon, then enter the needed quantity. Add additional ribbons as necessary. Multiple titles can be combined to meet the 25 minimum requirement.

Product Specifications

Graphic ribbons are made from satin acetate material with pinked ends and come in two width options: 1-5/8 inches and 2 inches. They are typically 3.5 or 4 inches long, but custom lengths are available—give us a call to order.

SET-UP FEES: $35.00 for each set of ribbons with any change to the text, logo or layout. This fee includes the cost of the required metal stamp.

MULTIPLE TITLES: If you are ordering more than 20 different titles please contact customer service to process your order.

MINIMUM ORDER: The minimum order is 25 ribbons. You can mix colors and titles, with no minimum required for individual titles.

PROOFING: Before production starts, we will send you a proof of each ribbon's titles and layout for approval. Once you approve the proof, production will begin.

PRODUCTION: If you have a deadline, check out our Production Times page or reach out to customer service for help. Production times depend on the order size and complexity, with an additional two business days for the required metal stamps.

RUSH ORDERS: Need your ribbons in a hurry? Finish your order and contact customer service right away for expedited processing. Additional fees may apply, depending on your order size and our current production capacity. Be sure to include your desired delivery date at checkout. If we cannot meet your deadline, we will let you know as soon as possible.
