ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS: Select the ribbon information, enter a title, ribbon and imprint color for each ribbon, then enter the needed quantity. Add additional ribbons as necessary. Multiple titles can be combined to meet the 25 minimum requirement.

Product Specifications

Vertical ribbons in your selection of ribbon width, cut length, ribbon color, imprint color and fastener. Call for custom sizes. We do not recommend mixing different types of stamps on the same order.

CHOOSING A STAMP MATERIAL (polymer or metal): A stamp is used to imprint your custom information onto the ribbon. Polymer stamps work best for lettering 24 pts or larger, silver and gold imprint and rush orders. A metal stamp creates a better imprint, and may be required in the following situations:

Text that is less than 18 pt (text over 20 characters or long words that cannot be split).
Imprint colors that require a metal stamp (see color chart on order form).
Ribbon titles that are 1000+ in quantity (ribbon and imprint colors may be mixed).

SET-UP FEES: A set-up fee will be charged for each set of ribbons and includes the time for stamp production and machine set-up.

POLYMER DIE: $11.25 for each change to text, layout, ribbon or imprint colors.
METAL DIE: $30.00 for each change to text or layout.

MINIMUM ORDER: 25 ribbons (colors and titles can be mixed with no minimum on individual titles).

PROOF: You will receive a proof showing the layout of your ribbon(s), and you can collaborate with a designer until you are ready to approve the design.

PRODUCTION: Production times are based on the order quantity and complexity. If a metal stamp is needed to complete your order, add two additional business days to the total production time. Production Guide

Additional fees may be required depending on the size of the order and our current production volume. Expedited production may not always be available. Please provide your need by date during checkout, and if we cannot meet your requested date, customer service will contact you.
