ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS: Select the ribbon information, enter a title, ribbon and imprint color for each ribbon, then enter the needed quantity. Add additional ribbons as necessary. Multiple titles can be combined to meet the 25 minimum requirement.

Vertical badge ribbons may be attached to name badges using adhesive tape or safety pins, if ordered without a fastener these ribbons make wonderful bookmarks or keepsake programs. Customize with your selection of ribbon width, cut length, ribbon and imprint color. Call for custom sizes.

MINIMUM ORDER: Mix and match colors and titles to meet the minimum order of 25 ribbons.

CHOOSING A STAMP MATERIAL (polymer or metal): Stamps are necessary to imprint your information on the ribbon. It's best not to mix different stamp types in the same order. For optimal results with lettering 24 pts or larger, silver and gold imprint, and rush orders, we recommend using polymer dies. However, a metal stamp may be necessary in the following cases:

Text smaller than 18 pt (over 20 characters or long words that can't be split).
Imprint colors requiring a metal stamp (refer to the color chart on the order form).
Orders of 1000+ ribbons per title (which can be mixed).

SET-UP FEES: A set-up fee will be charged for each set of ribbons and includes the time required for machine set-up and stamp production.

POLYMER DIE: $14.00 for each change to text, layout, ribbon or imprint colors.
METAL DIE: $45.00 for each change to text or layout.

MULTIPLE TITLES: For orders exceeding 20 different titles, metal stamps are required for all titles. Please contact customer service to proceed with your order.

PROOFS: You will receive a proof showing the layout of your ribbon(s), and you can collaborate with a designer until you are ready to approve the design.

PRODUCTION: Production times depend on the order quantity and complexity. If you have questions about the time required for production, visit our Production Times resource page or contact customer service for assistance. If metal stamps are required, please plan on an additional two business days for production.
