Custom signs can be any size within the following guidelines.
Signs must be between 20 square inches and 144 square inches and within the dimensions shown on the image.* To determine the square inches multiply width by height, round up to the closest full inch (4.75 sq. in. = 5 sq. in.).
Signs under 38 square inches will have the base price adjusted to $14.82.
Smaller signs may be ordered on the Name Plate pages.
No color guarantee is made by these images. If a color match is required, please request a sample.
An optional border focuses attention on the sign especially if a frame is not desired.
Frames are available in black and gray for 2x10, 4x12, 6x12 and 6x6 inch signs. These sturdy plastic frames give your signs a quality finish and can be mounted with either screws or the strong double-sided tape that are provided with the frames.
Signs can also be ordered with pre-drilled holes for hanging your sign with screws (additional $1.00 per sign).
Adhesives can be applied directly to the back of the sign or can be used in conjunction with a sign frame.

MAGNETIC TAPE: Magnet will attach to most metallic surfaces (Add $2.20 per sign).
VELCRO - HOOK SIDE: The hook side Velcro has a sticky adhesive that can be applied directly to the back of the sign. Hook side Velcro will stick to most soft materials, such as a cubicle wall, or can be used in combination with the smooth side Velcro (Add $1.70 per sign).
VELCRO - SMOOTH SIDE: The smooth side Velcro has a sticky adhesive that can be applied directly to most flat surfaces and used with the Hook Side Velcro that may be attached to the sign (Add $1.70 per sign).

We understand that you may not have the tools, time or desire to create your sign and we are here to help. Please provide the text for your sign, and if you have an image or rough layout, please email/attach it with your order. The 30 minutes of art/design time included with this order will cover the set up for most signs. If additional time is necessary, we will contact you before proceeding.

If you have a design that is ready to be printed, send it to us. Vector art is required, and all text requires conversion to curves.
Enter the text for your sign
Enter your text, using upper and lower case letters, as you would like it to appear on the final product. Excessive text or complicated set-up requirements may increase the set-up fee. The standard set-up fee includes up to 30 minutes of art/design time. If additional time is necessary, you will be advised prior to proceeding. If approved, additional work will be charged at $60.00 per hour.
You may describe what you would like your sign to look like in the instructions box. Please include such details as text placement, size and line breaks.
A designer will review your artwork and advise you if adjustments are required for the process you have selected. Additional charges may apply if changes to your artwork are necessary.
Vector art is the required format for all engraved products. UV Color Logo products, Mighty Badges™, and Reusable Name Plates require vector art for printing on all material colors other than white. A high quality bitmap image may be acceptable for these same products if using white material, or for all Digitally Printed Full Color products.

Image files that are embedded in a .doc or .pdf file may also be accepted if the embedded file is a vector file or high quality bitmap file.
It is not possible to convert a low quality image into a vector file simply by saving it in a vector format. When this is attempted, the low quality image is simply embedded in the new file and no conversion takes place. It is not possible to change a low quality image to a higher quality one simply by saving it with higher DPI settings. The image will have more dots per inch, but the quality will remain the same or even degrade further.
For your convenience, we offer an artwork clean-up/conversion process for $30 per image. You will be charged for this service even if an order is not completed. You may request the new file be sent to you upon payment of your order. Turn around time is 24 hours and expedited production is not available.
We welcome the use of PMS colors to communicate the colors you would like but do not guarantee a color match.
Production will begin when all information required for your order has been received. Failure to provide lists, artwork or proof approval may delay your order. Production times will vary depending upon product ordered, quantity ordered, and product requirements. Orders received after 11 a.m. (MT) will be processed the next day. Requests for a need by date may be indicated during the check out process. Shipping methods, as available, may be selected once the product has been added to the shopping cart. If necessary, once your order has been placed, a customer service representative will contact you to finalize any production/shipping details to meet your requested date. Additional charges will apply for any expedited needs.
