A proof of your custom design will be emailed to you. Approve and return it so production can begin.

Your logo and text will be laser engraved, and you may personalize the color, font, fastener and style of the name tags. Please provide your artwork in a vector format (files extensions: .ai, .cdr, .eps or .pdf) at the time the order is placed. If this is not possible, email the file to nametagx@nametag.com as soon as possible.
SIZE: 2x3 inches
MATERIAL: Two-ply plastic is engraved and the top surface is removed, revealing the core color underneath and creating a two-color tag.
FASTENER: Standard options include a pin, double clutch and swivel bulldog clip. Upgrade to a deluxe magnetic fastener.
TEXT: One to four lines of text may be added to each name tag. A list of names must be provided via this form or email. Choose from a diverse selection of standard fonts. If you wish to have a custom one, you will be required to email a font file (Windows compatible) to nametag@nametag.com. Be sure to include your order confirmation number in the email.
STYLE: The corners and edges can be left squared or you can customize the tags with round corners or beveled edges. Name tags with both round corners and beveled edges cost an extra 50¢ per tag.
SET-UP FEE: $25; a set-up fee applies to the initial creation of a custom tag layout and is not required for reorders using the same layout.
ART REQUIREMENTS: We must receive a vector file (.ai, .cdr, .eps or .pdf) of your logo for the production of your product. Guidelines for artwork preparation (opens in a new tab)
PRODUCTION: Orders of up to 99 name tags are shipped within one business day. Add one extra production day if you upgrade to an epoxy dome finish.
SHIPPING: The shopping cart will show shipping methods and prices.
REORDERS: For any future orders with this layout, you will save time and money (no setup fee), and production will move faster.
The prices are calculated for one plastic name tag with an engraved logo, one line of text and a standard fastener. Additional customizations may increase the total. For an accurate quote, refer to the order form where the pricing is updated to reflect specific selections.
