Want to increase employee retention? Giving your team name tags will help improve the communication within your team while making them feel important. Customize by selecting the color, font, fastener and style.
If you have ordered this product before, use the reorder page to allow for faster processing, consistency with previous orders and no set-up fees.
Your logo and text will be laser engraved, and you may personalize the color, font, fastener and style of the name tags. Please provide your artwork in a vector format (files extensions: .ai, .cdr, .eps or .pdf) at the time the order is placed. If this is not possible, email the file to nametagx@nametag.com as soon as possible.
SIZE: 2 x 3 inches
MATERIAL: Two-ply plastic is engraved and the top surface is removed, revealing the core color underneath and creating a two-color tag.
FASTENER: Standard options include a pin, double clutch and swivel bulldog clip. Upgrade to a deluxe magnetic fastener for $1.10 per tag.
TEXT: One to four lines of text may be added to each name tag. A list of names must be provided via this form or email. Choose from a diverse selection of standard fonts. If you wish to have a custom one, you will be required to email a font file (Windows compatible) to nametag@nametag.com. Be sure to include your order confirmation number in the email.
STYLE: The corners and edges can be left squared or you can customize the tags with round corners or beveled edges. Name tags with both round corners and beveled edges cost an extra 50¢ per tag.
UPGRADES: To protect your name tag from scratches, add an epoxy dome finish for $3.50 per tag.
ART REQUIREMENTS: We must receive a vector file (.ai, .cdr, .eps or .pdf) of your logo for the production of your product. Guidelines for artwork preparation (opens in a new tab)
PROOF: A proof of your custom design will be emailed to you within one business day. Approve and return it so production can begin.
PRODUCTION: Orders of up to 99 name tags are shipped within one business day. Add one extra production day if you upgrade to an epoxy dome finish.

The prices you see are for one plastic name tag with a standard fastener, engraved logo and one line of text.
SET-UP FEE: First orders have a $25.00 set-up fee. Reorders of the same design have no set-up fees.
