The plastic name tag is made of two-ply material, which creates a two-color effect when engraved. Choose the color combination, font and fastener as well as other style options. Add a logo and up to four lines of text to include names and titles. To protect the surface from damage, upgrade to an epoxy dome.
SET-UP FEE: $25; set-up charges are assessed only once per unique design and are waived for repeat orders using that existing layout.
ART REQUIREMENTS: We must receive a vector file (.ai, .cdr, .eps or .pdf) of your logo for the production of your product. Guidelines for artwork preparation (opens in a new tab)
SIZE: 1.25x3 inches
FASTENER: Select a standard fastener (pin, double clutch, etc.) or upgrade to our popular deluxe magnetic fastener.
FONT: A wide variety of fonts are available. If you request a custom font, a customer service representative may ask you to send a font file that is Windows compatible. Email the font file to nametag@nametag.com after you place an order. Make sure to include your order confirmation number in the body of the email.
LIST ENTRY: Lists must be properly formatted and include all of the information for your name tags. If a list is required it can be entered or uploaded from this page, which will allow for faster processing time. Or, the list may be emailed to nametag@nametag.com and will need to include your contact information as placed with this order.
STYLE: Tags can have round or square corners with or without a beveled edge.
REORDERS: Once saved, this layout can be used for future orders—ensuring consistency, faster delivery, and no setup fee.
PRODUCTION: Orders under 100 tags are shipped within one business day after proof approval.
SHIPPING: Delivery methods and shipping prices are in the shopping cart when you check out.
The prices are calculated for one plastic name tag with an engraved logo, one line of text and a standard fastener. Additional customizations may increase the total. For an accurate quote, refer to the order form where the pricing is updated to reflect specific selections.
