Your text and logo are laser engraved into the top layer of a two-ply plastic name tag. The engraving reveals the underlying layer to create a two-color effect. In addition to the material colors, custom options include fasteners, fonts and beveled edges. Give your name tag extra protection by upgrading to an epoxy dome surface.
ART REQUIREMENTS: Vector artwork (.ai, .cdr, .eps or .pdf) must be provided for this product.
SET-UP FEE: $25; a set-up fee applies to the initial creation of a custom tag layout and is not required for reorders using the same layout.
SIZE: 0.75x2.75 inches
TEXT: One or two lines of engraved text
FONT: Many standard fonts are available. You can request a custom font, which may require you to send us a font file that is Windows compatible. If this is the case, a customer service representative will contact you.
STYLE: Select round or square corners with square cut or beveled edges. Upgrade to a gold, silver or black frame (must have round corners and square cut edges).
REORDERS: This layout will be kept on file, so future orders will be quicker to produce and won't require a new setup fee.
PRODUCTION: Orders under 100 tags are shipped within one business day; larger orders may need additional production time.

The prices are calculated for one plastic name tag with an engraved logo, one line of text and a standard fastener. Additional customizations may increase the total. For an accurate quote, refer to the order form where the pricing is updated to reflect specific selections.
