You are in complete control of these custom metal name plates. Almost any size is available, from 12 to 24 square inches. Next, select a font, or provide a custom font, and your text will be laser engraved onto the metal color of your choice. There is no need to remember what you have ordered, as you can purchase identical name plates whenever you want with our easy to use reordering system.
Reorders: Get faster processing, consistency with previous orders and no set-up fees if you have ordered this product before.
A custom solution for a real problem, sometimes you need a name plate that is not a standard size; these name plates are your answer.
SURFACE: Laser engraving removes the top layer of colored metals and oxidizes the surface of satin gold and silver plates.
SIZE: Your plate size must be between 12 and 24 square inches. For larger sizes, order signs; for smaller sizes, order name tags.
TEXT: Up to four lines of text may be arranged in almost any way you would like. Use the notes field to let us know if you want a specific layout; otherwise, all text will be centered.
MATERIAL: The metal is 0.02 inches thick.
LEXAN LENS: Each metal name plate is shipped with a protective, clear cover and an instruction fill sheet. Use these if the name plate is placed in a holder or wall mount to prevent it from being loose.
ADHESIVES: We offer a variety of adhesives. Select based on the proposed use, double-sided tape for hard surfaces, velcro for soft surfaces (cubicle walls), and magnetic tape for many metals.
SET-UP FEES: $10.00 on the first order only, there are no set-up fees on reorders of a previously ordered layout.
NAME LIST: We encourage you to provide your list of names at the time you place your order. You may also email your list to nametag@nametag.com; this choice may lengthen the processing time. Reference your order number in the email. We do not accept submissions via fax or verbally over the phone.
PROOF: You will receive a proof of your custom design through the email provided with your order. If any changes are required, we will work with you to get it right.
PRODUCTION: Production will begin when we have received your proof approval. Up to 24 nameplates will ship the next business day. Quantities above 24 plates may need extra time.
SHIPPING: A shipping method will be selected during checkout. If you have a need-by-date, let us know and we will work with you to meet that deadline.
The prices listed include: One metal nameplate (up to 16 sq. inches) with one line of text. Additional customizations may increase the total. For an accurate quote, refer to the order form where the pricing is updated to reflect specific selections.

Additional square inches = ((height x width)-16) round up to the nearest integer) x price for each additional inch. Total Price = Additional square inches + tag price from the table.
