Inserts for Mighty Badges™ allow you to print quality name badges with almost any desktop printer. Place the printed insert between the metal badge and the clear lens cover creating a new badge in just a few moments. We recommend using NamePrint software to print your badges, as we do not offer technical support for the provided templates.
Inserts Per Page: 10 Inserts on an 8.5 x 11 inch sheet.
Clear Peel Off Inserts ($6.33 per sheet): Two styles of transparent inserts are available, one for inkjet printers and the other for laser printers. Please order based on your office printer specifications.
White Paper Peel Off Inserts ($4.03 per sheet): Paper inserts work with either inkjet and laser printers. The opaque paper will cover the entire backplate.
If the wrong insert type is ordered, you may call for exchange and return information.
Inserts for Mighty Badges™ are ready to print on your laser or inkjet printer. However, compatibility with your printer is not guaranteed. HP LaserJet machines are only compatible with inkjet inserts.
NamePrint Graphics software, PC systems only: NamePrint Graphics software is easy to set up and use. The software will print inserts for both Mighty Badges™ and reusable name plates. A complete software package ($55.00) must be purchased to install the program on your computer. If desired, additional licenses ($15.00 each) may be purchased separately.

Templates for printing iserts: Name Tag, Inc. offers several generic templates to help you print your inserts. These templates can be used in Microsoft® Word or OpenOffice™. DUE TO THE NUMBER OF VARIABLES IN HOW YOU MIGHT HAVE YOUR DOCUMENT SOFTWARE CONFIGURED, WE DO NOT OFFER TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THESE TEMPLATES. All templates have been set up using Microsoft® Word. Adjustments might be needed when using another program.
