Sales Taxes

Coller Industries Incorporated is required to collect sales taxes for orders that are delivered to many states. Remember that even if taxes are not collected, you are required by law to pay them when you file your state tax returns.

Tax Exemption Forms

If you are a tax exempt organization or reseller, you are responsible for providing all necessary identification numbers and forms. For your convenience, the following links can be used to print any required forms. However, it is your responsibility to verify that the correct forms are submitted. Due to each state's different requirements, we do not offer any assistance. Also, if any needed forms are not completed correctly, we reserve the right to collect applicable sales taxes.
