Every year around Christmas time Coller Industries donates a large sum to the Granite Education Foundation. We have been donated for several years now and we are so glad to be a part of this wonderful program. The money goes towards clothes and supplies for students in need. It has been about 4 years since the first time Coller Industries donated to Granite School District. With each year the amount that we have decided to donate has increased, simply because it gives us a great deal of pride to put funds back into our community. Last year we contributed the most we have ever donated to any company in the amount of $10,000.
This year, we are honored to be able to present the 2014 Excel Outstanding Educator Award. Our company’s president, Gary Coller, will be attending an event to represent our company. He will give a brief speech, and present the award to the person who has done the most in their field to improve public, and secondary education.
There is something incredibly fulfilling about knowing our small efforts may make a difference in the lives of some of our local children.

Each month, we receive multiple donation requests from non-profit organizations. Starting this year, our goal is to donate to at least 4 organizations per month. Since we have a limited budget and can’t help every organization, we try to select those which need our products/services most and are committed enough to the process of following through with our donation requirements.
Ultimately, our goal is to help out organizations in need of our products who may not otherwise be able to afford them. In addition to products, we also leverage our on-line presence to help create awareness and discussion about your organization or event.
