These generously sized 1.5 x 3.5 inch name tags have extra length for longer engraved name or titles, and a colorful logo. Your options are as unlimited as your imagination, custom artwork and even photos can be printed on durable plastic badges using the latest in UV color printing.

The text on these plastic name tags will be engraved with a laser on two-ply material. The plastic is 0.06 inches thick and consists of a core layer under a thin colored surface layer. The surface layer is removed by the engraving to create a two-color effect. Your logo will be added using a UV printing process that allows for multiple colors, gradients and blends.
NAME LIST: We encourage you to provide your list of names at the time you place your order. You may also email your list to nametag@nametag.com; this choice may lengthen the processing time. Please reference your order number in the email. We do not accept submissions via fax or verbally over the phone.

TEXT: Up to four lines of text may be arranged in almost any way you would like. Use the notes field to let us know if you want a specific layout; otherwise, all text will be centered.
ART REQUIREMENTS: Your logo must be in a print-ready vector (.ai, .cdr, .eps or .pdf) or high-quality raster art format. LEARN MORE.
PLASTIC: Two-ply plastic has a top colored acrylic layer and a substrate material of a complementary color. The plastic is 0.06 inches thick.
UPGRADED SURFACE: Enhance and protect your tags with a clear epoxy dome.
FASTENER: Choose a basic fastener or upgrade to deluxe magnets for $1.10 per tag.
PROOF: You will receive a proof of your custom design through the email provided with your order. If any changes are required, respond via email or phone, and we will work with you to get it right.
PRODUCTION: Standard production time is one to four business days; upgrading to dome finish adds one day. Any need by dates or expedited shipping can be requested in the shopping cart.
SHIPPING: A shipping method will be selected during checkout. If you have a need-by-date, let us know and we will work with you to meet that deadline.
PRICE INCLUDES: One plastic name tag with an UV color logo, one engraved line of text and a standard fastener.
SET-UP FEE: $35.00 for first orders only. Designs are saved for future reorders.
