PROOF: You will receive a digital proof of your design to approve and return before production. All order information is saved for easy reordering.
SET-UP FEE: A $10.00 fee is charged for blank and text only name tags. Tags with a logo have a $25.00 fee. For reorders of the same layout, no fee is required.
With 30 color choices, this plastic engraved star shaped name tag has many custom options.
LIST ENTRY: Lists must be properly formatted and include all of the information for your name tags. If a list is required it can be entered or uploaded from this page, which will allow for faster processing time. Or, the list may be emailed to nametag@nametag.com and will need to include your contact information as placed with this order.

TEXT AND LOGO: All names, titles and logos are laser engraved. Or, order a blank tag and add your own information.
FASTENERS: Five available standard fasteners and the choice of an upgrade to a deluxe magnet.
PRODUCTION: Orders will be shipped within one to four days after proof approval.
PRICE INCLUDES: Star Name Tag with one line of engraving and a standard fastener (pin, bulldog clip, bulldog clip with pin, double clutch).
SET-UP FEE: $10.00 for blank and text only tags, $25.00 for tags with a logo. No set-up fee is charged on reorders of the same layout.
SHIPPING: You will be given the opportunity to choose a shipping method in the shopping cart.
