Text or logos you want on your side circle name tags are laser engraved into 0.06 inch, two-ply plastic. Upgrade to a dome finish for $3.50 per tag to add a clear, protective layer.
LIST ENTRY: Lists must be properly formatted and include all of the information for your name tags. If a list is required it can be entered or uploaded from this page, which will allow for faster processing time. Or, the list may be emailed to nametag@nametag.com and will need to include your contact information as placed with this order.

SURFACE: Matte finish tags come with solid colors, brushed or smooth surfaces come with metallic colors and gloss surfaces come with wood grain colors.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS: In order to add a logo to your name tags, you must provide it in a vector art file (.eps, .ai, .cdr).
