Custom shaped name tags can have a logo with text or come as logo only, text only or blank tags. They are made from 0.06 thick, two-ply plastic. Customize the color combination and style to match your brand.
LIST ENTRY: Lists must be properly formatted and include all of the information for your name tags. If a list is required it can be entered or uploaded from this page, which will allow for faster processing time. Or, the list may be emailed to nametag@nametag.com and will need to include your contact information as placed with this order.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS: Provide your logo as print-ready vector art (.eps, .ai, .cdr) to give your brand the highest quality possible.

PRICE INCLUDES: Pill Shaped Name Tag with one line of engraving and a standard fastener (pin, bulldog clip, bulldog clip with pin, double clutch).
SET-UP FEE: $10.00 for blank and text only tags, $25.00 for tags with a logo. No set-up fee is charged on reorders of the same layout.
SHIPPING: You will be given the opportunity to select a shipping method during checkout.
