PROOF: A digital proof of your custom design will be emailed to you for approval. We save your design to create an easy reordering process.SET-UP FEE: Blank and text only tags: $10.00, tags with a logo: $25.00. No set-up is charged for reorders of the same custom design.
Laser engraving on the 0.06 inch thick plastic reveals the two-color effect on this custom shaped name tag. The finish varies from matte to gloss to metallic depending on the color choice.
DOME: Adding a dome surface will protect the name tag from scratches. However, note that if a dome is ordered on a blank tag, writing names may discolor the finish or damage the tag.
PRODUCTION: Tags are produced within one to four business days after the proof is approved.
LIST ENTRY: Lists must be properly formatted and include all of the information for your name tags. If a list is required it can be entered or uploaded from this page, which will allow for faster processing time. Or, the list may be emailed to nametag@nametag.com and will need to include your contact information as placed with this order.
