SIZE: 3 x 3 inches
PROOF: You will receive a proof of your design before production starts. All order information is saved for easy reordering.
SET-UP FEE: $10.00 for blank and text only, $25.00 for logo, no set-up fee for reorders of the same layout.
Holiday Tree Tags are made of two-ply plastic material that is 0.06 inches thick. All text and logos are laser engraved into the surface. Order with a fastener, drilled hole or no attachment.
LIST ENTRY: If your order requires a list of names and titles, it must be properly formatted and include all necessary information. You can enter or upload the list from this page or email it to nametag@nametag.com. If you email your list, include the contact information you used for your order.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT LIST SUBMISSION (opens in a new tab)COLOR: Depending on the color choice, the material will have a matte, metallic or smooth finish.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS: Provide a logo as print ready vector art (.eps, .ai, .cdr). Orders will be on hold until we receive a logo in the correct format.

PRODUCTION: After proof approval, your order is shipped within one to four business days.
PRICE INCLUDES: Holiday Tree Tag with a standard fastener (pin, bulldog clip, bulldog clip with pin, double clutch).
SET-UP FEE: Blank and text only tags have a $10.00 fee while tags with a logo have a $25.00 fee. No fee is charged for reorders of the same layout.
