SET-UP FEE: $10.00 for blank and text only, $25.00 for logo with text and logo only, no fee for reorders of the same layout.
Each name tag is 0.06 inches thick and made of two-ply plastic material. Personalize the tag with a logo, text or leave it blank. For attachment, add a fastener to the back or a drilled hole at the top; some extra costs may apply.
LIST ENTRY: Order tags with different text by submitting a list of names or other information. This list must be complete and properly formatted. Submit your list by entering or uploading it to this page. You can also email it to nametag@nametag.com. Please include your phone number and shipping address in the body of the email.
