Made of two-ply, 0.06 inch thick plastic material, these star shaped name tags come with many custom options. Purchase as is or add a fastener or drilled hole for attachment.
LIST ENTRY: Provide a list of names and titles if you are ordering name tags for multiple people. Your list must be formatted properly and include all necessary information. Enter or upload your list from this page or email it to nametag@nametag.com (The email must include the same contact information you used for your order.)

PRODUCTION: One to four business days after proof approval.

SET-UP FEE: A $10.00 fee is charged for blank and text only tags while a $25.00 fee is charged for a logo. No fee is charged when you reorder tags with the same layout.
