Add text and a logo to these tags or leave them blank to engrave later. Laser engraving removes the top layer of the plastic creating two color tags. For the fastest service, enter, upload or email us your list when you place your order.
LIST ENTRY: We encourage you to provide your list of names when placing your order. You may also email your list to nametag@nametag.com; this choice may lengthen the processing time. Please reference your order number in the email. We do not accept submissions via fax or verbally over the phone.

PROOF: You will receive a proof of your custom design through the email provided with your order. If any changes are required, respond via email or phone, and we will work with you to get it right.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING: Production will not begin until all required information has been received, including approval of the design proof. Up to 100 tags may ship the next business day; quantities above 24 plates may need extra time. During checkout, you may select a shipping method and provide a need-by date if required.
REORDERING: When you use our reorder application, you can be confident that you will receive the same product as the original. No set-up fee is charged on reorders of the same layout.
PRICE INCLUDES: Holiday shaped tag with one line of engraving and a standard fastener (pin, bulldog clip, bulldog clip with pin, double clutch).
SET-UP FEE: $10.00 for blank and text only tags, $25.00 for tags with a logo.
