PROOF: Your custom layout is sent to you as a digital proof that will need to be approved to start your order. The design is then maintained so you can reorder when you need to.
SET-UP FEE: $10.00 for blank or text only, $25.00 for an engraved logo, no set-up fee for a reorder using the same layout.
Heart shaped name tags come in various design options from logo only to blank tags. Select the color, font, fastener and size that best suits your company’s needs.
LIST ENTRY: Lists must be properly formatted and include all of the information for your name tags. If a list is required it can be entered or uploaded from this page, which will allow for faster processing time. Or, the list may be emailed to nametag@nametag.com and will need to include your contact information as placed with this order.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT LIST SUBMISSION (opens in a new tab)MATERIAL: The top layer of two-ply, 0.06 inch thick plastic is laser engraved with your text and logo.
COLOR: Solid colors have a matte finish; metallics have a brushed or smooth surface and wood grains have a slight glossy surface.
FONT: Choose from a wide selection of available fonts. You can also request a custom font by providing a PC format font file.
PRODUCTION: Allow one to four business days after proof approval. If you have a specific need by date, request it during checkout, and we will do our best to deliver your name tags by that date.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS: To add a logo to this name tag, upload it on the order form in a vector art (.eps, .ai, .cdr) format.
