SIZE: This tag is 2 x 2.5 inches with 1 line of text.
PROOF: Your custom design must be approved before production begins. We save your layout to make reordering quick and easy.
SET-UP FEE: Blank and text only name tags, $10.00; all reorders for the same layout have no set-up fees.
Name tags are made from a plastic two-ply material that is 0.06 inches thick. Due to the size of this tag, it can be ordered only with engraved text (no logo) or as blank tags.
LIST ENTRY: Lists must be properly formatted and include all of the information for your name tags. If a list is required it can be entered or uploaded from this page, which will allow for faster processing time. Or, the list may be emailed to nametag@nametag.com and will need to include your contact information as placed with this order.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT LIST SUBMISSION (opens in a new tab)COLOR: If a metallic look is desired, choose from brushed aluminum or euro gold. Otherwise color choices will have a flat sheen or smooth, wood grain finish.
TEXT: Custom options include 16 stock text choices or blank tags.
PRODUCTION: Unless a need by date is selected, production is about one to four days after an approved proof is received.
PRICE INCLUDES: Cross Shaped Name Tag with one line of engraving and a standard fastener (pin, bulldog clip, bulldog clip with pin, double clutch).
SET-UP FEE: $10.00 for blank and text only tags. No set-up fee is charged on reorders of the same layout.
