Custom shaped name tags that demand attention, your name tags will be one-of-a-kind, as unique as you and your business. Personalize your name tags with text and a logo, or order a blank shape. With so many design options, such as color and fastener choices, these name tags are a dream come true.
Have you ordered these name tags before? Using the reorder page, you will receive the same product as that prior order, faster processing, and save on set-up fees.
SET-UP FEE: $25.00 to create the tag’s shape, plus $10.00 for blank and text-only tags or $25.00 for tags with a logo. Reorders of tags that use a previously ordered layout do not have set-up fees.
Your custom shape is laser cut from two-ply, 0.06 inch thick plastic, allowing for high detail retention and precise sizing. Your names and logo are then engraved into the plastic surface showing the underlying color.
MATERIAL COLOR: Brushed surface plastics have a bright, metallic sheen reminiscent of polished metal; wood grain surfaces have a slight gloss similar to a clear coat, and pigmented materials have a matte finish.
LOGO ART: If you want a logo on your name tags, please upload vector artwork when placing your order for the fastest processing. If that is not possible, please email it directly to nametag@nametag.com. Additional information: Resources > Art Requirements.
LIST ENTRY: Lists must be appropriately formatted and include all the information for your name tags. If a list is required, it can be entered or uploaded from this page, allowing for faster processing. Or, email the list and your contact information to nametag@nametag.com.
PROOF: You will receive a proof showing an image of your custom design with your quote.
PRODUCTION: One to four business days after proof approval. You can request a need by date and shipping method in the shopping cart, and we will do what we can to fulfill your order as requested.
To ensure flawless execution of your design, please provide comprehensive details in the order form. Send design files via email to nametag@nametag.com, and reference the order number at checkout. The main body of the tag should be spacious enough to accommodate all necessary information, and wider shapes work better than taller ones for optimal engraving. Avoid long, thin pieces and sharp points as they are prone to breaking. Leave enough space for personalization to enhance your design. If you're unsure whether your shape meets the criteria, contact us. Our expert designers will determine if they can fulfill your request or suggest alternatives. Please note that there should be a minimum of one-eighth of an inch margin surrounding the logo.
PRICE INCLUDES: Custom Shaped Name Tag with one line of engraving and a standard fastener (pin, bulldog clip, bulldog clip with pin, double clutch).

To find the total tag cost, follow these steps:
Additional square inches = ((height x width)-3) round down to the nearest integer) x price for each additional inch.
Total Price = Additional square inches + tag price from the table.
(e.g., For five 2 x 4 inch name tags with one line of text : (((2 x 4) – 3) x $0.67) + $5.91) = $9.26 each, $46.30 total product price.)
