PROOF: A digital proof of your name tag will be sent for your approval. We maintain your unique layout so that reordering is fast and easy.
SET-UP FEE: $10.00 fee for blank or text only name tags, $25.00 fee for tags with a logo. No set-up fee is charged when reordering the same name tags.
Create a two-color, custom shaped name tag with your engraved text, logo or order blank and add names and titles with labels. Once your proof has been approved, your order will ship within one to four business days.
LIST ENTRY: Lists must be properly formatted and include all of the information for your name tags. If a list is required it can be entered or uploaded from this page, which will allow for faster processing time. Or, the list may be emailed to nametag@nametag.com and will need to include your contact information as placed with this order.
