Custom shaped name tags are made from laser engravable, two-ply plastic material which is 0.06 inches thick. Order with text, a logo or order blank and create your own tag.
COLOR: Depending on the color choice, the material will have a matte, metallic or smooth finish.
SURFACE: Plastics have a matte finish, metallic colors have either a brushed or smooth finish, wood grains have a slight gloss finish.
LIST ENTRY: Lists must be properly formatted and include all of the information for your name tags. If a list is required it can be entered or uploaded from this page, which will allow for faster processing time. Or, the list may be emailed to nametag@nametag.com and will need to include your contact information as placed with this order.
