Select whether you want your name tags to be left blank, have personalized text, and an engraved logo. These name tags are laser cut from 0.06 inch, two-ply plastic perfect for custom engraving. Upgrades include a dome finish to protect your tags from scratches, and a magnetic fastener, that firmly holds your tags in place without damaging the fabric.
PROOF: Custom designed name tags will receive a proof which must be approved before your order goes into production. This layout is maintained in our system to make reordering easier.
LIST ENTRY: Lists must be appropriately formatted and include all the information for your name tags. If a list is required, it can be entered or uploaded from this page, allowing for faster processing. Or, email the list and your contact information to nametag@nametag.com.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS: Provide your logo in a vector art file if you want one on your name tags. If it is unavailable for uploading when you order, please email it directly to nametag@nametag.com. Additional information: Resource Center > Art Requirements.
PRODUCTION: Production will take one to four business days after you approve your proof. If you have a need-by date, say so during checkout, and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
PRICE INCLUDES: Bulged Rectangle Name Tag with one line of engraving and a standard fastener (pin, bulldog clip, bulldog clip with pin, double clutch).
SET-UP FEE: $10.00 for blank and text only tags, $25.00 for tags with a logo. No set-up fee is charged on reorders of the same layout.
