SET-UP FEE: $10 fee on text only or blank, $25 fee on engraved logo. There is no set-up fee on same-layout reorders.
Upgrade your Chat Bubble Shaped Name Tags with a protective dome finish or magnetic fasteners; other fasteners are available at no additional cost. To add your logo, provide it in a vector art format (.eps, .ai, .cdr) using the order form.
MATERIAL: 0.06 inch thickness; two-ply plastic.
SURFACE: Solid color will have a matte finish while metallic colors will have a brushed or smooth finish. Wood grains will have a slight glossy finish.
LIST ENTRY: Lists must be properly formatted and include all of the information for your name tags. If a list is required it can be entered or uploaded from this page, which will allow for faster processing time. Or, the list may be emailed to nametag@nametag.com and will need to include your contact information as placed with this order.
