  • 1, 2 or 3 color imprints (provide art work)
  • Elastic arm band
  • Material - .020 inch high gloss vinyl
  • Selection of standard imprint colors or PMS color match
  • Production run may vary +/- 5%. You will be charged for all tags produced & shipped.
  • For larger quantities, color or copy changes can be made for $30 each. Call
  • Allow approximately three weeks for production after approval of art work.
  • Email artwork.
  • Orders are not processed until camera ready art work for shape and imprint has been received and approved.
