- Most customers use and are satisfied with the quality of the polymer die; however, be aware of two limiting factors:

           1) Polymer dies can not print fine details
           2) The quality printed from a polymer die may reduce as higher quantities are produced

- To avoid both of the previous problems and for the highest quality, Name Tag, Inc. recommends using a metal die

- Metal dies ALWAYS give a better print than the polymer die and are highly recommended for the following situations:

           Fine details
           Lots of text
           Fine lines
           Any color other than gold -- especially white or black printing

- Metal dies require 4 to 5 business days production time if your order is NOT expedited

           Expedited orders will require 2 business days time for the metal die production

- Based on the specifics of your order, Name Tag, Inc. may recommend to use a metal die to avoid poor printing quality
